““The Marek Dusil Blend formed in Prague, Czechoslovakia. Marek Dusil was the songwriting cornerstone for the group, with musicians gathering, and aiding, in the creation of the music. Health concerns took the lead guitarist away from the group shortly after their 2010 debut album, the culmination of five years of work. Rather than plugging in another musician, Marek wisely chose to record and present Ocean, the band’s latest release, with a more acoustic face to the sound. Many of the song’s stories are told in native Czech. The tracks recorded in English hint that lyric content for the tales moves with the same poetic flow through both languages. An assured acoustic rhythm grounds “More Stones” as a solid border of fret work from Marek Dusil’s guitar maintains consistency in the arrangement. The weaving note patterns never become routine yet there is an order, made possible by the six-string, that allows David Bapka’s lap steel to take flight and offers a firm foundation”

Track Name: Máj v Sharwoodu (May in Sharwood)
May in Sharwood

Under a cloudy sky New pagodas of flowers are rising Chestnuts are shining under the street lights And screaming full of spring But just a bit lower Veins are sorely pulsating Slowed down ( with poison) In the middle of moment of ecstasy
Nature's celebration Full of life And eyes of walkers are wandering Up to read the manifest of explosion And when they come down: It gets freezing cold inside... May I be the same once?

Translated by Petra Satlerová
Track Name: Ocean

Welcome, i´m your ocean
I´m your future and your past.
Welcome, také my invisible hands
And you will fill me inside.

Do you feel me? I´m your ocean
This wind touching you, it is my hair
Do you feel me? Long hair flying in the air
And you feel me pulling you.

REF.:So stand up from the sand
And quickly spread your wings
The ocean calls you
The ocean sends you his breeze
You take it
And drive it
This shadow beneath you
This shadow on the water is you

3.Do you hear me? I´m your ocean
I´m your neverending dream
Hear me? I´m your ocean
Symphony of life and death

4.Feel touches of your ocean
only for fraction of time
feel touches, this your ocean
you would be a child of mine.
Track Name: Alone
Alone by the stream,

crystal of the silence

shining and makes my soul so clear

 only trees are talking

In the neigbourhood

on a yellow sandstone

dressed to the leafs

now past appears there

my illusion is bleeding

Narrow way in a mood

running from my parents

carrying their touches

and their sins

through Me Their are still talking
Track Name: More stones

More stones, in the fields

more stones then potatoes

More rain then the sunny days

This is the reason to thinking
about America
This is the reason – leaving home

Border hills in a smogy highs

Border hills, where is living misery

More sadness then happynes
